How we use your information

• To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, and to send transactional emails (order confirmation, payment received, shipping/tracking, and cart reminders).

Service providers we share with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to run the store, and only as necessary: our payment processors (to take payment), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), our email provider (to send the emails described above), and our hosting and database providers (to securely store account and order data). These providers are bound to handle your data appropriately.

Cookies & tracking

We use only the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and recording your age-verification confirmation. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to those obligations.

• Access & correction — view your orders and update your details from your account.
• Marketing opt-out — unsubscribe from promotional and cart-reminder emails using the link in any such email. Transactional emails (order/shipping) will still be sent.
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and associated data through our contact page.
