How and when your research materials are dispatched, packaged, and delivered.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders paid by manual methods (Venmo, Cash App) or cryptocurrency begin processing once payment has cleared. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
A flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Orders over $300 ship free — no code needed, applied automatically. Any duties or taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior. Materials are packed to preserve integrity in transit.
Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or undeliverable address, and reshipment to a corrected address may incur an additional charge. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) so we can open a carrier investigation. Items damaged or incorrect on arrival are covered under our Return Policy.
